- sterilized cotton. Useful forms of cotton tips aka Q-tips, cotton pads and cotton balls
- natural sunblock (natural homemade sunblock is fine)
- mild natural cleanser
- moisturizer. Make an oil-based, anti-aging facial moisturizer or anti-aging daily facial mist that prevents the development of age spots

How to Remove Age Spots with Hydrogen Peroxide
- Gently wash face with warm water and cleanser. Remember to do the same with your neck and chest.
- Gently pat dry with a soft tower. Dry skin is better able to absorb hydrogen peroxide
- Soak sterilized cotton in hydrogen peroxide
- Apply the hydrogen peroxide to spots with age spots. If you are concerned about preventing further recurrences, apply the hydrogen peroxide in those areas of concern
- Rinse the face with only water. Do not leave on the hydrogen peroxide as it is very drying
- Apply a moisturizer to prevent your skin from becoming overly dry after this treatment
- Avoid going out into the sun without sunblock
