Fluoride Detox

Previously, we published a comprehensive article regarding the poisoning dangers of fluoride. However, this article seeks to go further by mentioning a few natural ways of treating such dangers of fluoride, ie outside our earlier mention of Crown Berkey water filters. As always, we will be delighted for your feedback and additions.

Fulvic acid. Fulvic acid is said to be most available in organic ground provisions since non-organic farming destroys fulvic acid in the soil.

Blackstrap Molasses
Other sources are said to be blackstrap molasses and nori sea weed. By the way, blackstrap molasses is one of Miss C's heroes.

Specifically, it offers multiple healthful side effects that, among other things, include relieving Premenstrual Syndrome / PMS and 'ADHD' symptoms and stabilizes blood sugar levels. It is so nutritious that she also adds it to soups and even her protein health bar recipe.

Diatmonaceous Earth (DE). DE has been said to gently remove fluoride from the body while providing healthful sides effects (that include parasite cleansing, heavy metal chelation and more).

Coffee enemas. Daily cleansing is done chiefly by the liver. Consequently, liver cleansing is especially important in fluoride detoxification. Coffee enemas are used for this purpose. Click here to learn how I do coffee enemas at home.

Sour tamarinds. According to the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition and Journal Research in Veterinary Science, tamarind captures and flushes fluoride poisons. Tamarinds are abundant during tropical dry seasons, especially during April. While these benefits clearly apply to sour tamarinds (often used in Asian cooking for tartness), I am unsure whether they (the benefits) also extends to 'sweet' tamarinds.

Magnesium-rich foods. Foods rich in magnesium block cellular absorption of fluoride. Such foods include dark leafy greens (like Swiss chard with very high levels and kale), mackerel and whole grains (like quinoa with high levels and brown rice)

Turmeric. Pharmacognosy Magazine suggests that turmeric can not only prevent but also reverse preexisting harmful effects of fluoride.

How to make homemade natural tooth powder

USES & BENEFITS OF DIY NATURAL TOOTHPASTE:
  • A safe (non-toxic) antiseptic toothpaste; To avoid slow poisoning from commercial fluoride toothpastes; To indirectly reduce the fluoride-assisted absorption of aluminum; A very inexpensive but highly effective alternative to commercial natural toothpastes, whitening toothpastes or other stain removal methods; and to take Naturopathic Control over what goes into your body.

TO MAKE DIY NATURAL TOOTH POWDER, YOU WILL NEED:
Ingredients:
Implements:
  • Toothbrush
  • As an option, a small jar with a cover. (You can use this jar only for baking soda for your oral hygiene. Labeling it will avoid future confusion.)

INGREDIENT FACTS FOR THIS DIY NATURAL TOOTH POWDER:
  • Baking soda is an anti-septic (which means that it fights bacteria by neutralizing the production of acids in the mouth. It therefore has anticavity properties. This also gives you some protection against gum and other infections). It also fights bad breath odor, is very inexpensive and readily available at your local grocery or supermarket.
  • Although baking soda can be used alone, you can choose whether to include peppermint oil. Peppermint oil is anti-septic and even analgesic (which means that it relieves pain).
It is usually an option if you:
o      Want to mask the salty taste of baking soda with the more pleasant minty taste and smell of peppermint
o      want to have added help with gum infection.
o      Although not one of the more expensive oils, some people prefer to avoid it simply to cut costs since cutting out peppermint oil may not compromise their oral hygiene.
However, this ingredient is NOT ideal for those who:
o      are pregnant
o      are under 7 years old
o      find the fresh cooling nature of menthol is simply undesirable.
  • Safety of both ingredients. Unlike many commercial toothpastes, they do not include potentially harmful, slow-poisoning ingredients like fluoride. Additionally, the fact that fluoride helps in the absorption of aluminum (the metal most associated with Alzheimer’s disease) may add to the safety benefits.

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. After flossing, wet your toothbrush
  2. Dip the toothbrush into the baking soda jar until the crystals stick to the wet bristles
  3. As an option, add about 3 drops of peppermint oil onto your baking soda
  4. Thoroughly brush your teeth, tongue and gum. Be careful. If it is your first time, you should not apply too much pressure, especially over the gum area. Applying excessive pressure may cause your gum to peel slightly. Apply more pressure only after you have gotten accustomed to this process
  5. Rinse your mouth.

OBSERVATIONS & RESULTS:
  • We feel the same as when we have just come out of the dentist’s chair. We feel the edges of each tooth in a more pronounced way … even from your first brush.
  • Over time, our teeth became whiter
